HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All prices shown on the website include free shipping.

Orders within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24
​
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International tracked service

Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
ResonanceCircuits should be notified by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order if unsatisfactory

If an item should arrived damaged it will be repaired/replaced and postage costs covered
​
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item/s - A trackable delivery method is advised
​
Goods must be returned in original condition

On receipt of your return, a full refund (minus ResonanceCircuits original postage cost) will be issued to the payment method used at checkout.

Clearpay:
Any customer wishing to cancel an order that was purchased through Clearpay, will be refunded in full minus the 6% charge Clearpay deduct once a transaction has been processed.
